What changed at Real most recently?

Fees, on 1 September 2026. Real's help center gave notice in June 2026 that from that date its US compliance and broker review (CBR) fee would go from $40 to $50 a transaction and its US annual brokerage fee from $750 to $900. Real's US fee schedule, edited on 31 August 2026, also cut the US Elite post-cap fee to $100 on transactions created from 1 September.

Revenue share, on the same day. From 1 September 2026 Real pays a US agent's revenue share only into a Real Wallet business checking account, and holds any payment an agent misses until the account is open.

What did the RE/MAX combination change for Real's filings and stock?

Real's combination with RE/MAX Holdings completed on 24 August 2026, and the combined company, Real REMAX Group Inc., has traded on Nasdaq as REAX since 25 August. It reports to the SEC as Real's successor, and on 4 September 2026 The Real Brokerage Inc. filed a Form 15 to end its own reporting.

For agents holding Real stock, the same day brought a share consolidation. On 24 August every 10 Real shares were consolidated into one, the number of Real restricted share units each holder had was divided by 10, and each unit was then exchanged for a Real REMAX Group unit with the same vesting terms.

Where does this section get its news?

From Real's own documents: its help center, the news releases it files with the SEC, and its quarterly and annual reports. Where a help article gives no date for a change, the dated log of Real's policy changes compares the article with the copy the Internet Archive kept, and says so.
