What does an agent do in reZEN?
reZEN is Real's own software. Its help center calls it a homegrown solution that gives agents more visibility into the transaction process, and lists what an agent does in it: track commission earnings for the year and progress toward the cap and Elite status, manage and edit transactions, upload transaction documents, deposit checks from a phone, and communicate with their broker.
What does Leo do for an agent?
Real's help center describes Leo as a 24/7 concierge that reads an agent's transaction data from reZEN to answer questions about their professional information, transactions, equity programs, commissions and finances. Its October 2024 update added a scan of documents for errors before they reach the broker, and a breakdown of the payout once a deal closes.
Real's article on Leo 2.0, edited in August 2026, has Leo working through a dedicated email address, a phone line and the HeyLeo consumer site, with every conversation logged in a portal called AiRM for the agent to review. It connects to a CRM such as Lofty or Follow Up Boss.
Real's filing for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 names Leo CoPilot as the tool that gives agents and brokerage staff transaction data, operational information and workflow support.
What is Real Wallet?
Real's own business banking for its agents. For US agents, Real's help center describes a Business Checking account tied to commission income and revenue share, which Real says gives faster access to money than a traditional bank, and Tax Planning accounts that set aside a percentage of each transaction for taxes. Real lists no monthly fees and no credit checks for them. The banking is provided by Thread Bank, Member FDIC, and Real says it is not an FDIC-insured bank itself.
Real Wallet Capital is a business loan. In the US it is offered in listed states, to an agent pre-approved on their business history with Real who has a Real Wallet Business Checking Account. In Canada it lends from $1,000 in Canadian dollars with no personal credit check, and Real's questions page for it gives a standard annual interest rate of 12% and a standard origination fee of 1.5%.
From 1 September 2026, a US agent's revenue share is paid only into a Real Wallet Business Checking Account.
What is Real Originate?
A program of One Real Mortgage, an affiliate of the companies The Real Brokerage Inc. owns. Through it, One Real Mortgage offers selected full-time agents the chance to become part-time W2 employees as Real Originate Loan Officers, in states where it is authorized to do mortgage business.
An agent in the program first gets an individual mortgage loan originator license through the NMLS, and is then paired with an internal loan officer who works on every loan with them and oversees compliance. Pay for the loan work is set by a loan originator compensation agreement, and Real says it is reported on a separate tax document from the agent's 1099.
Who does an agent go to for help?
It depends on the question. Real's help center sends contract, compliance and regulatory questions, license questions and the choice of MLS or board to the agent's broker team, which the agent can reach through reZEN. Each state and province has its own broker, and an agent sees theirs, with a phone number and an email, under My Office in reZEN.
Once onboarding is done, most other questions go to Real's support team, from commission payments to revenue share and stock. An agent reaches it through Leo, which tries to answer first and opens a ticket or places a call when it cannot. Onboarding questions, joining or leaving a team, and adding a license in another state or province go to Real's onboarding team.
For learning, there is Real Academy, where Real's agents learn from each other in pre-recorded masterclasses and live workshops.
